Paldi is a busy area, and being in the Shefali Centre means we get a lot of people stopping in while they’re out doing their errands. The clinic isn’t huge, but it’s got what we need to get the job done. We spend a lot of time talking to patients about their teeth and trying to explain things in a way that makes sense. It’s not always easy work, and some days are definitely longer than others. We have our routine for setting up the instruments and making sure everything is ready for the first appointment.
