We’re set up in the Corporate House building, specifically in units 701 and 702. It’s right near Dinesh Hall on Ashram Road, which is a pretty central part of town. If you know the Income Tax area, you know exactly where we are. We’re a group that handles a few different things, mostly related to land and property development. It’s not all fancy meetings and suits; there is a lot of time spent looking at maps, talking to contractors, and dealing with paperwork. The office is usually humming with people coming and going. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and we’ve seen many neighbors come and go. Ashram Road is always a bit of a mess with traffic, but it’s a good location for business since everyone knows it. Our desks are usually piled with files and blueprints. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just try to get our projects done and move on to the next one. Sometimes things get delayed because of weather or permits, which can be frustrating, but we just deal with it. It’s a regular office with regular people. We have our tea breaks, we talk about the work that needs to get done, and we head home at the end of the day. It’s a straightforward way of doing business without any extra fluff or complications.
