Knack Plast is located in Thaltej, right in the Nandishwar Flats. It’s across from Sudarshan Tower, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. We work out of office 205. It’s not a huge industrial complex; it’s more of a neighborhood setup. We do plastic work here, which involves a lot of coordination and paperwork to keep the manufacturing side moving. Ahmedabad is almost always hot, so the fans are always going in the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and looking over product specs. The area has become quite busy lately with new shops and cafes popping up, but we’ve been at this for a while now. We don't have a team of marketing people writing fancy brochures. It's just a few of us making sure the orders for our plastic products are filled correctly and delivered when we said they would be. Sometimes we stay late when a big order is due, and you can hear the city noise settling down outside. We know the other people in the building and there’s a sense of being part of the local community. It’s a straightforward life. We do our work, we deal with the problems that come up, and we try to do a decent job every day without making a big fuss about it.
