Our office is Shop S/F 29 in the Satyam Arcade. We are located near the Sarkhej Bavla road at Moraya Patiya, which is part of the Sanand area. It’s an industrial kind of place with a lot of trucks and factories nearby. We handle security and facility management services. This means we spend a lot of our time hiring guards and making sure buildings around Ahmedabad are looked after properly. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller operation, which keeps things simple for us. The arcade is usually busy with people coming in for tea or visiting the other shops. We have a few desks and a bench for people to sit on while they wait to talk to us. The dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes, so we are always dusting off the furniture. We spend a lot of time checking on our staff at different locations to make sure everything is going okay. It’s a lot of phone work and looking at schedules on a big white board we have in the corner. We aren't doing anything fancy here, just basic security work and making sure things run smoothly for the people who hire us. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the vendors outside when we don't have time for a full lunch. It’s a straightforward business and we just try to do our jobs the best we can every day.
