This office is based in Ahmedabad, specifically at 201 Devangan Apartments. We are in Sardar Patel Nagar, right across from the Nabard Vihar Flats in Ellisbridge. It is a nice area and having the office in an apartment building makes it feel a bit more like a family business. We focus on construction technologies, which means we spend our time thinking about things like concrete durability and waterproofing systems. The weather here in Ahmedabad can be incredibly hot, so a lot of our technical work has to account for the extreme temperatures. In the office, we have a few desks pushed together and a lot of cabinets filled with project files from over the years. We are not a giant company with a huge marketing budget. We just have a small team that knows their way around a construction site. Usually, there is a pot of tea going and someone is looking over a set of drawings for a new factory or apartment repair. We get our work done without a lot of noise or drama. If someone has a problem with their building, they come to us, we take a look, and we tell them how we can fix it using the chemicals and techniques we have. It is a very direct way of doing business. We have been in Ellisbridge for a while and we have gotten to know the neighborhood and the local contractors quite well.
