Kishan Trading Co Kalupur is our family-run business located at 314, Kailashpati Chamber, 3Rd Floor, Police Station, Opp Old Shaher Kotda, Reid Road. Being on the 3rd floor, right on Reid Road, is interesting. A good way to find us is to look for the old Shaher Kotda police station, as we are right opposite that. Being in Kalupur means it is always incredibly busy outside. There are trucks, rickshaws, and people everywhere. Our office in the chamber is a bit of a refuge from all that noise. We’ve been trading here for a long time, and the walls are covered with old calendars and ledgers. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come in, you'll likely see us counting stock or talking to a vendor on a landline. We deal with various trading goods that come through this part of the city. It is a very traditional way of doing business, and we haven't felt the need to change much over the years. We know our neighbors and we know the market. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the stairs feel a bit steep, but we don't mind. It is home to us. We don't put out brochures or anything. People know where we are if they need us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s trades. It’s just how things are done here on Reid Road. We like the routine and the familiar faces that stop by the chamber every day. It’s a simple life.
