Kirby Building Systems India Ltd is located at 303 Sarjan Flate on New Sama Road in Vadodara. It is a residential-style office, which gives it a very different feel than a typical corporate high-rise. We are on the third floor. Most of our work involves the technical planning and sales coordination for pre-engineered steel structures. The New Sama Road area is quite pleasant, with a lot of trees and local shops nearby. Inside the flat, we have converted the rooms into workspaces. It is a bit tight when we have a lot of visitors, but it works for us. We spend the day looking at computer screens and talking to engineers. There is always a stack of drawings on the main table. We drink plenty of tea and keep the windows open when the weather allows. It is a simple life here. We do not have any flashy signs or a big lobby. You just come up the stairs and you are there. The neighborhood is quiet, so we can focus on the technical details without too much distraction. Most of the people on the team live nearby in Vadodara. We handle a lot of the local industrial project paperwork from this spot. It is a practical and honest way to run the business. We focus on getting the details right for every building frame we handle. It is just a normal group of people doing a technical job. The walk up to the third floor is part of our daily routine.
