KINGSTON 17 LLP operates out of Ishan Bunglows in the Shilaj area of Ahmedabad. We are at bungalow number 10, which is close to the Parl Villa Bunglows. It’s a bit of a quieter part of the district compared to the main city center. We like it that way because it gives us some room to think. Our workspace isn't a typical office building. It’s a bungalow we’ve adapted for our business needs. It has a bit of a homey feel, which we prefer over a cold corporate office. We spend most of our time here looking over site plans and managing our different projects. We don’t have any big speeches or a list of corporate values on the wall. We just believe in showing up and doing the job that needs to be done. Shilaj is growing fast, but we’ve been here since before it got really busy. Daskroi is a good taluka to be based in. Sometimes we have meetings out in the garden area if the weather is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Gujarat. We just want to be reliable and get our work finished on time. Most of our team lives nearby, so we really know the local community. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't do much promotional stuff. Usually, people find out about us through word of mouth or by just driving past.
