Kingsmarque Buildcon Llp is based at Survey No 606/2, right by the Occean Villas. It’s near Sagar Farm on the 100 Ft Road. This part of town is usually pretty active. We’re a construction firm, though we don't act like those big fancy ones you see in the city center. Our office is just a place where we keep our files and meet the guys before we head out to a project. Most of our days are spent on-site getting our shoes dirty. We’ve been doing this for a few years now. Construction isn't always easy. You deal with the weather, permits that take forever, and sometimes things just don't go according to the plan. When that happens, we just sit down, have some tea, and figure out a way to fix it. We aren't about big speeches or polished presentations. We just want to build things that stay standing and do right by the people who hire us. The crew is mostly locals who have lived here their whole lives. We know the roads and the suppliers around here pretty well. It’s a lot of hard labor and long hours, but we like seeing a project come together from nothing. If you see us at the site, we’re probably covered in dust. That’s just part of the job. We keep things simple and try to stay busy. It’s a living, and it keeps us out of trouble mostly. We don't have a big sign, so you have to look for the address.
