We are located on the first floor of Harikrupa Towers. It is right behind the college and very close to the Government Ladies Hostel. If you are in the area, you have probably seen the building. Our work focuses on kidney care, so we see a lot of the same people every week. Dialysis takes a long time, so patients spend a lot of hours in our chairs. The atmosphere is usually quiet because people are just resting while they get their treatment. It is not a flashy office. We have the machines lined up and the medical supplies kept in the cabinets. The first floor is convenient for most of our patients who might have trouble with too many stairs. We have been operating here for a bit, and we have gotten to know the families of our regular patients pretty well. It is a serious kind of work, but we try to keep a calm environment. The college kids are always walking by outside, so there is a bit of energy in the street. Inside, though, we just focus on the monitors and the charts. We don't do big ads or anything. People come to us because their doctors send them or because we are close to where they live. It is a specialized place, and we just stick to what we know about healthcare and helping people get through their weekly treatments.
