KIARA PROJECTS LLP

We are located over in the Sabarmati area of Ahmedabad City. The place is called Kiara Opulent. If you’re looking for the technical side of things, it’s on the plot that combines the old and new survey numbers like 26/4 and 158. We are right opposite Shreedhar Hills, which is a good landmark if you get lost near Koteshwar. The whole area is under the TP-48 scheme and it’s been developing quite a lot lately. Our office is where we handle all the project work. It’s a modern enough building but inside we just keep it real. We have some chairs, a big table for maps and plans, and the usual office stuff. Sabarmati has a specific feel to it, and we like being part of this part of town. The commute can be a bit much sometimes but once you are here, it’s a good environment to work in. We spend a lot of our time going over site updates and making sure everything is in place for our projects. It’s not a very big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We aren't the type to have a receptionist waiting at the door. You usually just walk in and find one of us at a desk. The area around Koteshwar is changing fast with new buildings coming up everywhere you look. We just try to keep up with our own work and the paperwork.
