Pavitra Corporation

We’ve been setting up shop here at Pavitra Corporation for a while now, right across from Anushtan Homes. If you know the Vaishnodevi Circle area, you probably know where Shaligram Lake View is. We’re tucked just behind that. Most mornings start with a lot of tea and looking over maps. The traffic around the circle has gotten busier lately, which makes getting to the site a bit of a chore sometimes. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the usual stuff like permits and making sure the supplies show up on time. Sometimes the cement truck is late, and that throws the whole day off. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. Our office isn’t much to look at, just some desks and a lot of dusty files. We try to keep things organized, but when you're in the middle of a project, papers tend to pile up everywhere. People from the nearby apartments often stop by to ask what’s going on with the new construction. We just tell them what we know. It’s mostly just us trying to get the buildings up without too many headaches. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn’t helping, but we’ve got a rhythm down. Being near the lake view is nice when the sun goes down, even if we're usually still stuck at the desk finishing up some paperwork. We just keep at it, one day at a time.
