Shri Parmanand Vrijlal Shah

We are based out of Mohan Estate at Plot A-16, which is right near the Anupam Cinema in the Khokhara area. Shri Parmanand Vrijlal Shah is the name we go by, and we’ve been operating here for quite some time. Being near a cinema means there’s always people around, especially in the evenings. Our place in the estate is busy from the moment we open the shutters. Dealing with food products at Harihar Foods means we have to keep a close eye on everything coming in and going out. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving crates around. The space isn't huge, so we have to stay organized, or things get cluttered fast. Khokhara is a lively neighborhood, and we feel like a part of the local fabric here. Sometimes the smells from the production are quite strong, and you can smell it out on the street. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People who come to see us usually just walk right into the middle of the work. It’s a bit noisy and chaotic at times, but that is how a real business looks. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the long shifts. It’s just us doing our best at A-16 Mohan Estate, making sure the orders are filled and the trucks are loaded before the day ends.
