Shree Balaji Agro Food Industries

We’ve been working out here in Bareja Kheda for quite a while now. Shree Balaji Agro Food Industries isn’t a fancy place, just a regular setup where we handle the food processing. Most days start early, before the sun really gets hot. It’s busy, and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that is how it goes when you are dealing with crops and food stuff. The trucks come in and out of the yard all day long. Bareja Kheda is a quiet enough spot, but we stay occupied. People around here know where we are. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look perfect for a website. It is mostly about getting the work done and making sure the bags are filled and moved on time. Some days the machinery acts up, and we have to fix it ourselves right there on the floor. It is just a few of us making sure everything keeps moving. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. It’s more of a place where you wear your work clothes and get your hands dirty. If you walk by, you’ll hear the noise of the machines running. We just keep our heads down and do the job. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, especially during the rains, but we manage. That’s basically how we run things at Shree Balaji Agro Food Industries every day.
