Our office for Ketan Construction Ltd. is located at No.13, Bhel Mini Colony in T.Dasarahalli, Bangalore. We are pretty close to Jakati House, which is how most people find us. Bangalore is a big, busy place, and T.Dasarahalli has its own chaotic energy. Our spot in Bhel Mini Colony is a bit quieter than the main road, though. We do construction work all over this side of the city. The office is small and usually smells a bit like damp paper and old blueprints. We don't have a big staff. It is just a few of us who handle the planning and the payroll. Most of our time is spent navigating the Bangalore traffic to get to our different sites. It can take an hour just to go a few kilometers sometimes. We deal with the usual problems like rain slowing down the foundation work or suppliers being late with the bricks. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things. We have a few chairs for visitors, but they usually end up holding stacks of tiles or boxes of nails. We like being near Jakati House because it’s a good landmark. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local ward rules pretty well. It’s just a normal, everyday construction office where we get things done.
