Ketan Construction Ltd.

Ketan Construction Ltd. operates out of D-11, Kirti Sagar Apartments in Jodhpur Village. This is over on Satellite Road in Ahmedabad. It is a pretty well-known area. The apartments are older, and our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move stuff in and out. We have a lot of site maps pinned to the walls. We do a lot of work right here in the Jodhpur Village area and around Satellite. It is a mix of residential stuff and some smaller commercial repairs. We don't have any polished receptionists or a lobby. You just walk in and someone is usually there at a desk covered in papers. We spend a lot of time on the phone with the cement guys. The traffic on Satellite Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our site visits done early in the day. We have been at this location for years, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical space. We drink a lot of coffee and talk about the cost of materials. Sometimes the internet goes out, or the power trips, but we just keep going. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the current project done so we can move on to the next one. That is our daily life here at Kirti Sagar Apartments.
