Ketan Construction Limited

We are based over at 2/45 Gokul Awas, right near Pruthvi Tower on Jodhpur Gam Road. It’s a busy part of Satellite here in Ahmedabad. Most days, our office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and site plans scattered around. We started Ketan Construction Limited because we know this area well and wanted to work on the buildings around here. Sometimes the traffic on Jodhpur Gam Road makes it hard for the trucks to get through, but we manage. We aren't a big fancy operation with a glass front office. It is just a few of us making sure the projects get finished. We spend half our time at the sites and the other half here at Gokul Awas dealing with paperwork. If you walk by Pruthvi Tower, you can usually see our small sign. People in the neighborhood know us. We deal with the usual stuff like bricks, cement, and getting laborers to show up on time. It is not always easy, especially when the weather gets hot in Ahmedabad. But we have been at this address for a while now and we like the location. It's practical. We keep our tools and some materials nearby so we can get to the jobs quickly. Our desks are old wood and the tea guy comes by twice a day. That is pretty much how things go for us. We just keep working on one project after another.
