Kerala Logistic (Gujarat)

Our warehouse is at Plot No 4200 in Phase IV of the GIDC Industrial Estate in Vatva. Being behind Kameshwar Estate means we’re right in the middle of all the industrial action. Kerala Logistic (Gujarat) basically deals with a lot of heavy shipments going back and forth. It’s a big space but it fills up fast with crates, pallets, and all sorts of industrial parts. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with drivers who are coming in from long distances. The roads in Vatva can be pretty rough on the trucks, especially during the monsoon when everything gets muddy. We have a small office section where the paperwork piles up—manifests, delivery notes, and fuel receipts. It’s not the quietest place to work because of the forklifts and the traffic outside. We handle a lot of goods that are headed down south to Kerala, which is a long haul. It takes a few days, and there’s always something to worry about like flat tires or engine trouble. We don't have a polished corporate image; we just have a lot of logistics to manage every single day. Most of our guys have been doing this for years and know how to tie down a load so it doesn't shift on the highway. It’s a lot of logistics and timing, and we just try to keep the trucks moving as best as we can.
