Kaya Fitness Point Pvt Ltd is located in the Apm Shopping Mall at unit 405. We are near the Sattadhar Cross Road in the Ghatlodia area of Ahmedabad. If you know where the Sun N Step Club is, we are right across from there in the Sattadhar neighborhood. Being in a mall means there’s usually plenty of parking, which is a relief for our members who drive in from further away. The gym itself is a straightforward place for fitness. We have rows of treadmills and a good selection of weight machines and dumbbells. It’s a mix of younger people and some older folks from the nearby apartments who come in to stay mobile and healthy. We have some music playing in the background, usually just a local station, to keep the energy up. The space is laid out so you can move from one exercise to another without too much trouble even when others are using the gear. We don't have any of those fancy juice bars or lounges, just the equipment and some space to move. The trainers are usually around to help if a machine is acting up or if someone needs a spot on the bench press. It’s a decent, honest place to get your daily exercise done without any pressure. We’ve been here for a bit now and have become a regular part of the local community in Ghatlodia for many.
