You’ll find us at B 2 in the Jivanprabha Society. We are right on Central Jail Road near Subhasbridge in Ahmedabad. It is a busy area, lots of traffic passing by the prison walls and the bridge. We’ve been set up here for a while now. Infrastructure sounds like a big word, but mostly we deal with the nuts and bolts of local projects. Sometimes we are looking at drawings, other times we are out on a site seeing why things aren't lining up. The office is a bit crowded. There are stacks of folders on almost every desk. We aren't really the type to keep everything perfectly neat. We’re too busy for that. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s usually when we take a breather. Ahmedabad is hot most of the year, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We do what we can to help out with whatever project comes through the door. It might be a small road thing or something for a building. We just take it as it comes. We aren't some massive corporation with a glass building. We are just a group of people working out of a society office. It works for us. If you come by, you’ll probably hear three different conversations happening at once. That's just how we get things done. No fancy talk, just work. We keep our heads down and try to finish the tasks we started. It’s how we survive in this business. Every day is a bit different but the grind stays the same.
