Vinayak Industries

Our place, Vinayak Industries, is situated at Plot No. 296-297 on Road No. 4 in the GIDC. It’s a large enough plot for what we do. We have two main sections. One is for storage and the other is where the actual work happens. The road outside can get pretty busy with trucks and tempos, especially in the mornings. We’ve had to fix the front gate a couple of times because of the traffic. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the equipment. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Just the name painted on the wall near the door. The guys working here have been around for a long time. We eat together during the break and talk about local news or whatever is happening in the market. It isn't a high-tech facility with robots. It’s just people using their hands and some basic machines to get things made. We deal with whatever problems come up, like a motor burning out or a delay in raw materials. We don't make a big fuss about it. We just get it sorted. The paperwork is kept in a few old metal filing cabinets. It might look messy to an outsider, but we can find any invoice from the last year in a few minutes. We like keeping things straightforward. If you want to talk to us, you just walk in. There’s no need for an appointment or anything like that.
