Our workshop is at Plot No. 430 on Road No. 11 in Gidc Phase 2. We focus on tools here. It is a practical kind of job. The shelves are packed with all sorts of bits and pieces that we have collected or made over time. Walking into our place, you will see a lot of steel and hear the constant hum of the grinders. We do not have any fancy brochures or a dedicated sales team. Most of our customers are other businesses in the Gidc who need something specific for their own machines. We spend most of our day bent over the workbenches. It is hard on the back sometimes, but that is the nature of the work we do. The layout of Phase 2 can be a bit confusing for newcomers, but Road 11 is fairly easy to find once you get your bearings. We keep a small kettle in the corner for tea breaks, which is usually when we do most of our talking. The rest of the time, it is pretty focused. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the tools we produce are solid and do what they are supposed to do. If there is a mistake, we fix it and move on. That is how we have always done things here. There is no need to overcomplicate a simple manufacturing job.
