We are located over at Shriyam Industrial Park, in unit 31. It’s back behind the Kathwada GIDC area, which is full of factories and warehouses. If you are looking for us, you have to head towards the Gujarat Housing area first. The road can be a bit dusty with all the trucks passing by, but that’s just how it is in an industrial zone. Inside our workshop, there is always the smell of wood and saw dust in the air. We make different kinds of furniture right here on the premises. It’s a hands-on job. Most days involve measuring, cutting, and putting pieces together. We have some heavy machinery that makes a lot of noise, so it’s never quiet around here. It’s not a fancy showroom with bright lights and glass windows. It’s a workspace where things actually get built. We have stacks of wood and half-finished frames leaning against the walls. The guys working here have been doing this for years and they know their way around a toolbox. We don't spend much time on the computer; we’d rather be out on the floor working on a table or a cupboard. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy, but we just keep working anyway. Being near Kathwada means we are close to other suppliers, which helps when we need parts or materials. It is a basic, hardworking shop and we like it that way.
