Excel Devlopers

We are Excel Devlopers and our place is located near Saranam Estate. It’s a quiet enough area for the most part. We spend our days planning out buildings and looking at land. The office is usually filled with the smell of paper and ink. We have been working in development for a while now. Most of the time, we are either here on the phone or out at a site checking on progress. It’s not always easy work. Things go wrong, plans change, and you have to just deal with it as it comes. We have a small group of people here who have been with us for a long time. We know how each other works. The estate nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We keep a few chairs out front for when the weather is nice. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just talk like regular people and try to be honest about what we can do. Some days the internet is slow or the power goes out, and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this area since we started. It feels good to be part of that growth. We just keep doing our work and staying busy near the estate, making sure the daily tasks are finished before we go home.
