Chamunda Fabricators

We are tucked away in the Grand Vishala Estate, which can be a bit of a nightmare to find if you don't know the way behind Karnavati Estate. Chamunda Fabricators is basically a big shed at No. 68. If you’re driving on the S. P. Ring Road in Kathwada, you’ve probably passed us a dozen times without noticing. It’s noisy here. Between the welding, the cutting, and the trucks moving in the estate, there isn’t much peace and quiet. We’ve got iron scraps and tools laying all over the place. My hands are usually stained with grease or metal dust by lunch. We do a lot of heavy lifting and bending of metal. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. The heat in Kathwada gets pretty intense in the summer, especially with the machines running. We don’t have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have our workspace and a few plastic chairs for when we need a break. Most of our day is spent measuring things twice and hoping the client gave us the right numbers. It’s honest work, even if it’s loud and dirty. If you are looking for us, keep an eye out for the sign near the back of the estate. It’s easier to find if you ask the guys at the tea stall nearby. We’ve been at it for years and we know our way around a piece of steel and a welding torch.
