Our office for Anjali Developers is near the Aashudev Industrial Estate, right opposite Gokul Estate. Because we are in an industrial area, it is always noisy with trucks and machines, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s a gritty part of town, and our work matches that. We aren't sitting in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of the time, we are out checking on materials or talking to the laborers. Our desks are usually covered in dust and coffee stains. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go according to plan. We might have a delay with a supplier or a problem with the site conditions. We just work through it. We have a small team, and everyone knows each other well. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. If you need something, you just ask the person standing nearest to you. We like being near the industrial estates because everything we need is close by. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job properly and go home at the end of the day. The hum of the estates in the background is just part of our daily life now.
