You can find Karnavati Transport Co (Raipur) right at 64/3, outside the Raipur Gate. We are basically right across from the Nutan Cloth Market. It’s a busy spot with people coming and going for the market all the time. Being in Raipur, it gets quite hot, so we keep the fans going in the office. We move stuff for people, mostly heavy loads. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and a bunch of ledgers. We prefer the old way of keeping notes sometimes, even if there’s a computer in the corner. We know the drivers by name and they know us. It’s a local operation. We spend most of the day dealing with arrivals and departures. Sometimes a truck breaks down and that throws the whole day off. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place to run the transport business. The noise from the cloth market is always there in the background. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't do much advertising. People just see the sign or hear about us from someone else. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. That’s about all there is to tell about us and how we do things here every day.
