Karma Packaging Industries is over at 67/6, C-Road in the L-9 Gali area of Gidc Vatva, Phase-1. If you've ever been to this industrial estate, you know it’s a lot of big trucks, loud noises, and heavy machinery everywhere. Our space fits right in with all the commotion. The warehouse is filled with high stacks of corrugated boxes, giant rolls of brown tape, and all sorts of packing materials. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We spend the day cutting, folding, and gluing things together to get orders ready. It isn't a quiet job by any means; the machines are pretty loud, and there’s always a rush to get the trucks loaded before the day ends. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist; we mostly just work right there on the shop floor alongside the staff. It’s dusty and sometimes it gets incredibly hot, especially during the peak of summer in Vatva. We supply a lot of the other businesses in the GIDC area, so we’re always seeing familiar faces from the neighboring chemical and textile factories. We don't use any high-level marketing, we just make sure we have enough stock of the common sizes to meet the daily demand. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of box and have to scramble to make more, but that’s just how it is in manufacturing. We focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the glue holds properly.
