You’ll find Karan Sales Corporation at Shop No 1827, right in Pada Pole on Gandhi Road. It’s an old part of the city and the streets are always narrow and full of life. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it over the years. We spend a lot of our time talking to people who walk in off the street or regular customers who have been buying from us since the beginning. It’s a very personal way to do business. We don’t even have a website with a shopping cart; we prefer to talk to you and see what you actually need. The shelves are packed high with stock, and sometimes it takes us a minute to find exactly what you’re looking for, but we always find it. There’s a certain rhythm to life on Gandhi Road, with the sounds of the market and the constant movement of people. We’ve seen many shops come and go, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s not a fancy corporate showroom. It’s a real shop with some dust on the top shelves and a ledger on the desk. We don't have a marketing strategy. Our plan is just to be here when the shutters go up in the morning and help whoever comes through the door. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the community. We like the bustle and the familiar faces we see every day.
