You can find us at Raj Harsh Apartment, which is right across from Jaldhara Water Park. It’s actually a funny spot because in the summer you can hear all the noise and shouting from people having fun at the water park while we’re sitting inside trying to figure out budget spreadsheets. Rajharsh Devlopers is basically a small operation. We use one of the units in the apartment as our office, so it feels more like a home than a workspace sometimes. There’s always the smell of coffee or tea brewing, and someone is usually complaining about the heat or the latest change in building regulations. We spend a lot of our time visiting sites and making sure the subcontractors are doing what they’re supposed to do. It’s a lot of walking around in the sun and checking measurements. We’ve been here for a while and the people in the building know us well. We don't go in for big advertisements or anything like that. We mostly just rely on the work we’ve done in the past and the people we know in the area. It’s a busy life, balancing the office work with the site visits, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. Being right opposite the park gives us a nice landmark to tell people, even if the traffic gets a bit much on the weekends. It is just a normal local business doing its best.
