We operate out of Khurseed Villa, which is right across from Ved Mandir. It’s a pretty easy place to find. Being at Patel Buildcon. keeps us on our toes. Construction is a tough business, but it’s what we know. We spend our mornings going over schedules and our afternoons out at the sites. There is always a lot of dust and noise, but that’s how you know work is getting done. We don’t have a flashy showroom. Our work is out there in the buildings we’ve finished. Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, and we have to fix it on the fly. That’s just how it goes when you’re building stuff. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. It makes the long days a bit easier. The area around Ved Mandir is usually busy, so there’s always a lot of life around us. We like being part of this community. People stop by to ask questions or just to say hello. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated explanations. We just tell people what we can do and then we go do it. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it’s worked for us so far. We just keep moving forward, one brick at a time. It's mostly about showing up every day and making sure the labor is handled.
