We’ve been here at Joting Shah Pirs Pole for quite a while now. Kalupur is always busy, and our spot at number 32 is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. People know where to find us. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the street gets blocked with carts, but that’s just how it is around here. We started small, just a few of us trying to figure things out. Now we have our routine down. Mostly, we just focus on the orders we get and making sure everything is handled properly before it leaves the door. The building is old, and it has some character, even if the walls could use some fresh paint. We don’t really do much advertising because most people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s simpler that way. We show up early, open the shutters, and stay until the job is finished. There isn't any big philosophy behind it. If you walk down the pole, you’ll see our sign. It’s been there through the heat and the rain. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and everyone sort of looks out for each other. That’s how business goes in this part of Ahmedabad. It's dusty and loud outside, but inside we just keep busy with the tasks at hand. Nothing more to it really. Just a local place doing what we know.
