We are based at Sahjanandbunglows, right on New C.G. Road in Chandkeda. It’s a bit of a different vibe here in the Gandhinagar area compared to the city centers. Being at B/15 gives us a decent home base for all the power transmission work we handle. If you’ve ever looked at the huge power towers across the landscape, that is the kind of stuff we are involved with. It involves a lot of planning and heavy lifting. Our office isn't anything you'd call luxurious, but it works for what we need. We spend our days looking at blueprints or coordinating where the next set of materials needs to be dropped off. The weather in Gujarat can get pretty intense, especially in the summer, which makes the outdoor parts of the job a real challenge for the team. We just deal with it. It’s been a steady road for us here at Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd. We know the neighbors and the local shops around New C.G. Road quite well. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when multiple projects are running at once, but we manage to sort it out eventually. There’s always a lot of talk about voltage and steel structures in the hallways. We are just regular people trying to do a solid job on the electrical infrastructure. It’s practical work that doesn’t leave much room for showing off, which suits us just fine. Everything stays pretty simple here.
