Kala Dot Com

Our office is over at Nirmaan Tower in Chankayapuri, specifically unit Ai-23. It’s one of those busy buildings where everyone is doing something different every day. Kala Dot Com is our little space in the middle of it all. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs left over from the morning. Chankayapuri is a decent area to work in, though parking can be a real pain sometimes if you don’t get here early enough. We spend our days mostly looking at screens and talking amongst ourselves about the projects we have going on. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s business and what everyone is working on. There isn't much in the way of decor, maybe a few old posters on the walls to cover up some marks. We’re not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive chairs. We’d rather just get the work done and go home to our families at the end of the shift. Some days the elevators in the tower act up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is a bit of a workout for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it’s become like a second home. People sometimes think the name means we’re some big tech firm, but we’re just a small group of people doing our thing. It’s a simple setup, and it works for what we need to get through the day to day.
