We are based at No. 100 in Chinubhai Tower, which is right across from Handlum House on Ashram Road. It’s a well-known area and very central, so there’s always a lot going on right outside our door. Our office is a simple room where we manage everything for Kadam Exports Pvt. Ltd. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big reception area. It’s just a workspace with some desks, chairs, and all the equipment we need to stay connected with our clients. We spend a lot of time on the computer, handling emails and keeping track of where our exports are at any given time. Ashram Road can be quite loud with all the buses and cars, but being up in the tower helps a little. We are a small group of people, and we’ve worked together for quite a while now. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to impress people with big words. We just do the work of moving products to where they need to go. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we have to plan ahead if we’re in a hurry. We don't have a big advertising budget; most of our business comes from people who have worked with us before. It’s a straightforward way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. Being in a landmark like Chinubhai Tower makes it easy to give people directions.
