We are located right in the heart of the New Timber Market over in Behrampura. If you’ve ever walked through here, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of noise and wood being moved around all day. Our shop is at number 11, and it's pretty easy to find if you head towards Kabadi Market No-2. We've been working out of this spot for a long time now. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a practical place where we get our work done. Most days start early before the sun gets too hot, and we stay busy until the gates start to close. There’s always dust in the air from the timber, which is just part of the job. People around here know us as K N Thakker & Co. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork if we can help it, we'd rather be out talking to the folks who come by. The traffic in Behrampura can get a bit much in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the heavy loads moved early. It’s a simple setup, nothing special to look at, but it works for us and the people we deal with. We’ve seen the market change a bit over the years, but our spot stays mostly the same. Just a regular business doing what we do every day.
