You can find us right opposite Ambar Tower, tucked in next to the Kadri Party Plot. It’s a lively spot, especially when there’s a wedding or a party going on next door. We’ve been operating Avis Buildcon from here for a few years now. It’s a simple office, nothing too fancy, just some desks and a place to keep our equipment. We do a lot of residential work in the surrounding neighborhoods. We aren't the kind of company that has a lot of people in suits. We’re usually in jeans and work shirts, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. Managing a construction project means you're always solving some kind of problem, whether it's a broken pipe or a delayed shipment of bricks. We take it one day at a time. The neighborhood knows us pretty well by now. We try to be fair and honest with everyone we work with. It's a tough business and the margins are thin, but we enjoy the work. We’ve seen a lot of changes around Ambar Tower since we started. There’s always more building to be done. We don't spend much on advertising because our work usually speaks for itself. People see what we’re doing and they come by to ask questions. We're just trying to do a solid job and keep the business running smoothly for the guys who work for us. We've got a small crew but they know their stuff and work hard.
