Joy Electronics

You can find us on the first floor of Mrudul Tower. It’s right near H K House on Ashram Road, which is always busy. Our door number is 18. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the elevator most times. Joy Electronics is just a small place where we sell and fix electronic items. We have been in this part of town for a long time. Ashram Road is always full of traffic and people rushing around. Inside the shop, it’s a bit calmer. We have shelves with different gadgets and parts. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few customers come in at once. We don't have a lot of space for a waiting area. People usually just stand and talk to us across the counter. We handle a lot of different things, from small repairs to selling new pieces. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized. The light coming through the front windows is usually quite bright in the morning. We know the other shop owners in Mrudul Tower quite well. We often share a cup of tea or talk about the heavy traffic outside. It’s a good location because everyone knows where H K House is. We don't do any big promotions. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to drop by with their broken gear or questions about what to buy next. It is a simple way to run a business and we like it.
