We are Aniha Developers, and you can find us right opposite the Titanium City Center. It’s a busy part of the city, so there is always something happening outside our window. Being across from such a big landmark makes it easy for people to find us, even if our office is much smaller and less flashy. We spend our time managing the various phases of our projects. It’s a lot of coordination with different teams. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just focus on the actual building process. There is usually a bit of a mess in the office with rolls of drawings and site boots by the door. We don't mind the chaos. It feels more real that way. We get a lot of walk-ins because of the location, mostly people asking about what we’re up to. We just tell them the truth about how long things take and what we are working on. It’s a tough business sometimes, with a lot of regulations and paperwork to navigate. We just take it one step at a time. The tea stall nearby is where we spend our breaks, just talking about the day's progress. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do a good job right here. It’s about being reliable and showing up every morning ready to work.
