Our office is tucked away in the New Railway Colony in Sabarmati, at 603/B. It’s a bit of a specific spot, right near the tracks, so we hear the trains going by all day. It’s a very practical location for us since we handle a lot of the project details from here. The office is small and utilitarian. We don't have fancy furniture or big signs. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend our days tracking progress and making sure the teams have what they need for the construction work nearby. It’s a bit of an older building, so it has its quirks, like doors that stick and floors that creak, but it serves us well. Most of us here have been with the company for a long time, so we have a routine down. We aren't here to look pretty; we're here to work. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table. We talk about the sites, the weather, and how to solve whatever problem popped up that morning. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. People stop by to pick up their pay or to check on blueprints. We just keep things moving along without making a big deal out of it. It’s a steady kind of life here in Sabarmati.
