Image Developers

We've been working out of Sayan Heights for a while now, right near N.k School and just across from the Sarni Masjid. It's a busy spot behind the Jivraj Police Chowky. Most days you'll find us here dealing with the day-to-day stuff of Image Developers. We handle various building projects around the city. It isn't always easy, and there's usually a lot of paperwork or site visits to manage. We aren't a big fancy office with dozens of receptionists. It's mostly just us keeping things moving. People usually find us because they live nearby or saw one of our sites. Dealing with land and construction in this part of town means staying on top of local rules and making sure the crews are doing what they should. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people at the site. It gets dusty, and the traffic near the school can be a headache in the afternoons, but that's just part of being in this neighborhood. We try to keep things straightforward with our clients. If there's a delay, we say so. If something's done, it's done. Most of our work comes from folks who know us or have seen our previous buildings. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the projects finished so families can move in or businesses can open up. It keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just focus on the task at hand.
