Jivni Insurance

We are over at 211 Hariom Chambers, right across from Dwarkesh Haveli in Bapu Nagar. Jivni Insurance is the name we use. It’s a decent-sized office but nothing too flashy. We have been working out of this building for a while now. Bapu Nagar is a good place to be, and we see a lot of local faces coming through our door. We help people with their insurance needs, which usually involves a lot of explaining and filling out various forms. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We're just staff members who know how the system works. Some days we are buried in paperwork, and other days it’s quieter, which gives us time to catch up. We don't have a big corporate handbook on how to talk to people. We just speak like we would to anyone else. It's a bit messy sometimes, with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. People seem to appreciate that we aren't trying to sell them things they don't need. We just give them the facts. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually get to know the people we’re helping. If you’re in the area of Hariom Chambers, you’ll see our sign. We’re just here doing our daily work, keeping things moving along as best as we can without making things too complicated for anyone who walks in.
