We are located in the Satellite area of Ahmedabad, specifically at C-66 in the Kirti Sagar Apartments. Being near the Prernatirth Derasar Mandir makes it easy for people to find us when they are in the neighborhood. It’s a busy part of town, but once you get inside the apartment complex, it quietens down a bit. This is where we handle a lot of the administrative side of things for Jindal Saw. It’s not a factory floor; it’s more of a place for pens, computers, and files. The apartment has been our base for a while now. We have neighbors living right next door, so we try to keep the noise down and the visitors to a minimum. Usually, there are a few of us here making calls and updating spreadsheets all day. The temple nearby means there’s often a lot of people around, especially on festival days or weekends. We sometimes go out for lunch at the local stalls nearby to get some fresh food. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some filing cabinets and a few old desks. It’s a practical space without any unnecessary stuff. We don’t have a big reception area with a coffee machine. If you want water, you just go to the kitchen area. It’s a very local way of working. Ahmedabad is a fast city, but in this room, we just focus on the task at hand. It feels more like a home office than a big corporate branch, which suits us just fine. We really like the vibe here.
