Our place is located at 130/131 in Rajdeep Industrial Estate. We are pretty close to Bibi Talav in the Vatva area. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving in and out throughout the day. We make equipment for pharma companies here. It is hard work and the shop floor gets pretty hot, especially during the summer months in Gujarat. We have a good team of people who have been around for many years. We just get on with the manufacturing side of things. The space is filled with metal and tools and the smell of grease, which is how we like it. Most days start early and we work until the sun goes down. It's not a corporate office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s a real manufacturing unit. We have grown bit by bit over time, adding bits of space where we could. Being near Bibi Talav makes it easier to give people directions when they are coming for the first time. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us making sure the pharma gear is built the way it’s supposed to be. If there's a problem, we fix it. That's the way we’ve always handled things here. It's practical work and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. We just stay busy and keep the machines running for the clients who rely on us every day.
