Down in Gidc Phase-1 at Vatva, you’ll find us at Plot No 8 in Dev Estate. We’re right beside the National Rifle place. Jayshree Pharma Equip. Mfg. Co. (P) Ltd. is a long name for a place that basically just makes things for the pharma industry. It’s an industrial area, so don't expect gardens or quiet streets. It’s all trucks and metal sounds around here. Our workshop is busy most of the time. We have a lot of steel lying around because that’s what we use. The floor is concrete and often has scuff marks from moving heavy equipment. We aren't big on office decor. We have a couple of desks for the paperwork, but the real action is on the shop floor. The guys wear overalls and get their hands dirty. We’ve been in Vatva long enough to know the local tea stall owner by name. It’s a tough, honest environment. We don't write mission statements on the walls. We just look at the orders and start welding or assembling. Sometimes the heat in the summer gets really bad, but we keep the fans going. It’s just how it is in an industrial estate. We make equipment that works, and that’s about it. No fuss, no fancy words. Just hard work on Plot No 8 every day. We just keep grinding and getting the machines ready for delivery.
