Jay Mahavir Dhamawala Furniture & Interior

We've been at Rivera Arcade for a while now, right near the Auda Garden in Prahladnagar. It gets pretty busy around here on the 100 Ft Road, especially in the evenings when people are out walking. Our shop, Jay Mahavir Dhamawala Furniture & Interior, is where we spend most of our days dealing with wood, laminates, and sketches for different rooms. Most people come in looking for a specific cupboard or maybe just to see what kind of sofa frames we can do. It's not a fancy showroom with bright lights and pushy sales guys. It's just us working through the projects we have on hand. Satellite is a good area to be in, and being at shop 32/33 means we see a lot of the same faces walking by. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, but that’s just part of having a shop in Ahmedabad. We handle the furniture making and the interior stuff right here. People usually stop by after work because we stay open a bit late most nights. If you’re coming from the garden side, it’s easy to find. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things get built properly. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the neighborhood. The space isn't huge, but we pack it with samples and tools. We just try to get the jobs done and keep the workspace organized enough to move around without tripping. It is a bit messy sometimes, but that is how we work.
