Our workshop is located at Door no-B/11 within the Aggarwal Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Aggarwal Ice Factory Compound in the Mehandi Kuwa area of Dudheshwar. It is an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around the narrow roads. Jay Mahalaxmi Industries is a practical place. We do a lot of fabrication and industrial work here. The shop floor is usually covered in metal scraps or dust from whatever we are working on that day. It isn't a place for suits or fancy shoes. We spend most of our time wearing work clothes and getting our hands dirty. Sometimes the heat in the estate gets to be a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. People come to us when they need something specific made or repaired. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. Usually, it's just someone dropping by because they heard we could fix a part or build something for them. We’ve been in this part of Dudheshwar for a long time, so we know the neighbors well. It's a tight-knit area where everyone is just trying to get their work done. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks through that door. It’s just how we operate every day. There is nothing too complicated about it, just honest work in a busy industrial estate.
