Jay Formulations Ltd is the name of our company, and we operate out of our own facility. It’s a place where we focus on various medicinal formulations. The building itself is dedicated to our work. We don't have a complicated address with floors and wings; it’s just the company name as the location. Inside, the space is organized for production and quality checks. It's not a fancy office with leather chairs; it’s more about the equipment and the lab benches. We spend a lot of time monitoring processes and checking the details on the labels. There’s a specific smell to the place—clean and a bit like chemicals—which is expected in our line of work. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We all know what needs to be done each day. The lunchroom is where we all catch up on news and talk about non-work things. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t spend money on expensive decor because that’s not what we’re about. We just want to make sure the formulations are done right.
