Saliha Fabrics

Saliha Fabrics is located right behind the Gujarat Vaisya Sabha Urdu School. It’s a bit of a specific spot, right across from Haji Bibi No Tekro at shop number 3064/13. The area is usually quite lively, especially when school lets out and the kids are everywhere. We’ve been here for a good while, and most people around here know where we are. We deal with all kinds of fabrics. The shop is filled with rolls of different colors and textures. It can get a bit overwhelming if you don’t know what you’re looking for, but we try to keep it as tidy as we can. It’s just a small shop, nothing like those big showrooms you see in the city center. We prefer it this way. It’s easier to talk to people and understand what they need for their sewing projects. Sometimes we sit out front on a stool when things are slow and talk to the neighbors. It’s a tight-knit community here. The building itself is older, and the stairs can be a bit steep, but it has character that you don't find in new places. We don’t do any big marketing or have a website. Our name is just painted on the front wall. We just focus on getting the right fabrics in and making sure they’re priced fairly. It’s been our life for years, and we’re quite content with how things are going in our little corner. It’s just a normal place with good materials.
