We’re over at Jainam Industries Pvt. Ltd., which you’ll find at 12, Shreeram Estate. It’s right near the Gujarat Bottling plant in Rakhial. This area is pretty much all industry, so there’s always a lot of activity and the smell of various processes in the air. Our unit in the estate isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a solid building that’s seen plenty of work over the years. Inside, we have our equipment set up and a small corner partitioned off for the office stuff. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the neighbors have their machines going full blast, but it’s the kind of environment we’re used to. We don't spend much on making the place look pretty because that’s not really the point of being in Rakhial. We’re here to work. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, though the roads can get pretty jammed up with delivery vehicles in the afternoons. We handle everything from here, from the first steps of production to packing things up. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with tools lying around or piles of materials waiting to be moved, but it’s an honest workspace. We just do our own thing and try to keep our customers happy without any big fuss or complicated systems. It’s just a regular day at Shreeram Estate for us.
